When You Can Get a Refund

Subscription Plans:
Finlo gives a free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t pay anything.
After the trial, if you are charged, we don’t give refunds unless special conditions apply. -
In-App Purchases:
Things you buy inside the Finlo app (like tools or features) cannot be refunded.
Please check carefully before buying.
Asking for a Refund

For Subscriptions:
You can ask for a refund within 14 days after the first payment.
After 14 days, we won’t give a refund. -
For In-App Purchases:
We cannot give refunds. If you need help, please contact the app store (like Apple or Google Play).
How to Ask for a Refund

Subscriptions:

Include your username and details about what you bought. -
In-App Purchases:
Contact the app store where you made the purchase.
How Refunds Work

If we approve your refund, you will get your money back within 5 working days.

We will return it to the card or account you used to pay.
