Welcome to Finlo!
We want you to clearly understand how subscription renewals work. Please read this carefully.
Subscription Plans
-
Auto-Renewal:
Finlo subscriptions renew automatically. That means you’ll be charged again when your billing period ends (monthly or yearly) — unless you cancel. -
Billing Cycle:
You will be billed based on the plan you chose (for example, every month or every year).
Renewal Notification
-
Reminder Before Renewal:
Finlo will send you a message before your subscription renews.
This message will tell you the renewal date, plan details, and how much you’ll be charged. -
How to Cancel:
The message will also explain how to stop the renewal if you don’t want to continue.
How to Manage Renewal
-
Cancel Before Renewal Date:
If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Follow the steps in the reminder message or contact us at [email protected]. -
Cancel Early:
Try to cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to make sure it goes through in time.
Renewal Charges
-
Payment:
We will charge your saved payment method when the subscription renews. -
Price Changes:
If the price of your plan changes, we will let you know in advance.
Refunds for Renewals
-
Usually Non-Refundable:
In most cases, we don’t give refunds for renewals.
But if there’s a mistake or special case, please contact us for help.
